Every RoyalStrap is made to order. After you place your order, here's what happens:
Estimated total: 2–4 weeks from order date. You'll receive an email with DHL tracking as soon as your strap ships.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a DHL tracking number. You can track your package live on dhl.de or your country's DHL portal.
For shipments outside the EU (UK, USA, Switzerland, etc.), customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are not included in our shipping cost and are payable by you upon delivery. We declare the actual product value on all shipments.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at info@royalstraps.de with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will file a claim with DHL and send a replacement at no cost.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods. See our Cancellation Policy for full details. Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the product is defective.
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@royalstraps.de. We can update details anytime before shipping. After shipping, changes go directly through DHL on your end.
Jedes RoyalStrap wird auf Bestellung gefertigt. Nach deiner Bestellung passiert Folgendes:
Geschätzte Gesamtdauer: 2–4 Wochen ab Bestelldatum. Du erhältst eine E-Mail mit DHL-Tracking sobald dein Armband versendet wird.

Sobald deine Bestellung versendet wird, erhältst du eine E-Mail mit DHL-Sendungsnummer. Tracking live auf dhl.de oder dem DHL-Portal deines Landes.
Bei Sendungen außerhalb der EU (UK, USA, Schweiz, etc.) können Zollgebühren und Einfuhrsteuern anfallen. Diese sind nicht in unseren Versandkosten enthalten und werden bei Lieferung von dir entrichtet. Wir deklarieren auf allen Sendungen den tatsächlichen Produktwert.
Falls dein Paket auf dem Transportweg verloren geht oder beschädigt ankommt, kontaktiere uns innerhalb von 14 Tagen unter info@royalstraps.de mit deiner Bestellnummer und Fotos (bei Beschädigung). Wir reichen den Schaden bei DHL ein und schicken kostenlos Ersatz.
Du hast ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht ab Erhalt der Ware. Details in unserer Widerrufsbelehrung. Die Rückversandkosten trägt der Kunde, es sei denn das Produkt ist defekt.
